• 100% cotton, filled with 85% rice and 15% lavender
• To clean the cover, remove and cold wash. Line dry. Do not wash flaxseed insert.
• One side velvet, other side block printed cotton.
• Warm in microwave for 30-90 seconds. Remove carefully, shake, and enjoy.
